Bill O'Reilly speaks out about getting fired from his job.

Charles Payne, who works for Fox News, is facing a lawsuit after the embattled Bill O'Reilly was fired from the network for his sexual harassment scandal.

His firing comes shortly after "The New York Times" reported that the 67-year-old conservative anchor and the network shelled out $13 million in sexual harassment lawsuits launched against him.

A Black clerical worker who worked in the same office as Bill O'Reilly accused the Fox News Host of harassment, saying he called her "hot chocolate" and leered at her.
