Three more Fox News employees filed legal complaints against the controversial network Monday, joining 20 other employees in making racial discrimination and sexual harassment lawsuits.

Charles Payne, who works for Fox News, is facing a lawsuit after the embattled Bill O'Reilly was fired from the network for his sexual harassment scandal.

His firing comes shortly after "The New York Times" reported that the 67-year-old conservative anchor and the network shelled out $13 million in sexual harassment lawsuits launched against him.
