HAPPY BHM!
In a thrilling showdown at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, the Philadelphia Eagles soared to victory over the Kansas City Chiefs with a commanding 40-22 win, securing their second Super Bowl title. Quarterback Jalen Hurts delivered an outstanding performance, leading his team to triumph and preventing the Chiefs from achieving a three-peat.
The halftime show was a cultural tour de force, headlined by the cutie patootie himself, Kendrick Lamar. The Compton-born rapper gave the audience a taste of what to expect on his upcoming stadium tour with a dynamic set that included hits like “HUMBLE.” and “DNA.” He was joined on stage by special guests SZA and producer Mustard.
The show also featured appearances by Samuel L. Jackson, who provided comedic commentary, and Serena Williams, who hit us with her fancy feet during “Not Like Us.”
However, the performance was not without its moments of controversy. A protester made their way onto the stage, waving a flag before being swiftly removed by security. Additionally, Lamar’s set included a pointed diss aimed at fellow rapper Drake.
