Mama Tina Boasts About Solange’s Number One Album

Solange’s album ‘A Seat At The Table’ was released last week with a fanfare of critical acclaim. Black girls everywhere sang a resounding ‘yaaas’ as the tunes nurtured and healed our souls. Now Solange’s mama, Tina Lawson, is singing her daughter’s praises with us.
She took to Instagram saying she, along with Bey & Kelly, were waiting for the moment when the whole world would recognize Solo’s gifts.

Looks like the entire cast of hit show ‘Empire’ is #withher. The stars of the show released a PSA endorsing Hillary Clinton for president.
In the PSA, the cast, joined by creator Lee Daniels explain they are voting for HIllary because of her support of Black Lives Matter, gun control, and women’s rights:
