Puff Daddy And The Family Bad Boy Reunion Tour Presented By Ciroc Vodka And Live Nation - May 20

Someone isn’t too happy with Faith Evans.

According to TMZ, Jeremy Hill, a businessman from Georgia, is suing the Bad Boy songstress for allegedly breaching a contract. Hill claims the singer reportedly agreed to perform at Atlanta’s Wolf Creek Amphitheater on September 10, 2016. She was paid $17,500 for the performance.

From TMZ:

“Hill says he knew things were going south when he found out she was going to be part of the Diddy and co’s big tour.

He especially took note of the fact the Bad Boy tour would be in Atlanta on Sept. 8. That’s a big problem because Hill says his contract with Faith included a non-compete—as in she can’t perform within a 100 mile radius of his gig during the 6 months leading up to Sept. 10.

In the suit, he says Faith’s camp told him she was backing out of his deal.”

As a result, Hill is reportedly suing Faith and trying to prevent her from performing during the Bad Boy Family Reunion Tour‘s Atlanta stop.

He’s also seeking $100,000.
