Slim Jimmy of Rae Sremmurd took a nasty fall during the duo’s set at the 2015 Governors Ball.
While performing in front of thousands, Slim Jimmy slipped off a speaker and injured his leg. The severity of the injury caused the DJ to cut off the music and immediately, two security guards carried Slim backstage. The DJ then informed the crowd that Slim had split his leg open.

Minutes later, Jimmy was handed a microphone and spoke to the crowd from behind the DJ booth. “I got a big ass piece of glass in my leg, so if you got that video, put that shit on Instagram,” he said to audience cheers. He also asked Swae to continue the performance, which the rapper did by himself, with Rae Sremmurd tracks like “My X” and “No Type.”
