Mr. Too Legit To Quit got back in the spotlight in 2011 for all the wrong reasons. Even though Hammer’s career was on the downslide in the late 90′s, he may have forgotten to fill out those W-2s. Back in his heyday, Hammer made millions but in that time he amassed a tax debt of $13 million and went bankrupt. While his current tax debt is not as deep it’s a problem Hammer should have avoided it the second time around.
