Ja Rule
Back in the early 2000′s, Ja Rule dominated the charts, which more than likely also filled up his bank accounts. However, while collecting those checks, Jeffery Atkins forgot to claim his taxes in the process. According to the IRS, Ja failed to pay taxes on income he earned between 2004 to 2006, when he earned over $3 million. The former hit-maker pleaded guilty to charges and is currently serving time and should be released later this year.
