According to TMZ.com, Jermaine “Huggy” Hopkins faces two felony counts of possessing, transporting and trying to sell marijuana after going from North Carolina to Arizona to buy 200 pounds of weed!

After he picked up the weed, cops pulled him over and found $100k in his car and claim they found another 100 pounds of weed at his Arizona apartment
