WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED THAT NIGHT?

Dallas Cowboy Brian Mccann was partying at plush niteclub and police were called because Mccann and his friend

got into an argument with someone at the bar.  The police asked him to leave

but police said McCann became belligerent, arguing with officers for more than 10 minutes. That’s when he was arrested.

McCann was said to smell of alcohol. His speech was slurred and he had bloodshot eyes, according to police.

Mccann says he was not drunk in a statement released on Sunday.
