TMZ is reporting that Steven Hirsch, head of Vivid Entertainment, one of the leading “adult film” companies, sent a letter to Usher in regards to the sex tape involving Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Foster that is currently being shopped around. In the letter, Hirsch offers to prevent the video from circulating.

In the letter obtained by TMZ, Hirsch writes

“As a result of this being an intimate and very personal tape we can certainly understand why you would want to stop its distribution.” Hirsch continues by saying that Vivid has actually stopped other celeb sex tapes from making it out to the public.

I think that Vivid does this by purchasing the tapes and then never releasing them. Do they ask the celebrities to repay them for the cost of buying the tapes????

I wonder who else’s video are collecting dust on a shelf at Vivid’s headquarters???
