Nicki Minaj has reached a settlement with her former wig maker, Terrence Davidson, who originally went after Nicki for $30 million claiming she stole his hair designs and began selling them as her own. She claims he had no copyrights on the designs and her similar versions are well within her rights to create, adding he was hired by her as a contractor to create the designs and deliver them to her.

A federal court judge dismissed the lawsuit initially because neither party had any agreements signed, but because Davidson later won an appeal in Georgia State Appeal Court, the suit was able to live on.

On April 1, Davison filed documents to dismiss the  lawsuit after both parties reached an agreement. No word publicly on the terms of the settlement, and neither party has commented on the matter.
