Da Brat Makes Acting Comeback In 'Empire' Season 2 Fall Finale

Da Brat is making her way back to your ear buds and television screens.

The Chicago rapper is scheduled to appear on the season 2 midseason finale of Empire. Airing December 2, Brat will be seen alongside Taraji P. Henson and her fellow castmates dressed in khaki-colored scrubs as a jail inmate Cookie knew while she was incarcerated.

Playing the role of “Jezzy,” the femcee will spit a few bars during a concert planned by Cookie taking place at the jail she spent locked up in for 17 years. Brat is currently working on a new album and is scheduled to release a new single very soon.
