Another bad look for a Twin Peaks restaurant, this time in Mesquite. There was a fatal shooting outside of the restaurant following and argument that started inside the restaurant Saturday morning. Police arrested Dallas resident Devoris Arnold, 25 early Sunday and charged him with murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
