The assault case against Kanye for attacking a photographer last summer at LAX seemed to be over when ‘Ye struck a plea deal resulting in him getting probation and anger management classes. Not so fast says the victim, who’s now preparing to take him to civil court. A trial date has been set and his attorney has even sent Kanye a notice for deposition. Just when you thought the record was over…it gets flipped to the “B” side.
