Hartford Mayor Wants Dave Chappelle to “Try Yoga”

The Mayor of Hartford Connecticut tweeted “Dave Chappelle needs to quit whining, do his job and try some yoga,” this morning.

Mayor Pedro Segarra is referring to Dave’s anti-Hartford rant, when he told a Chicago crowd that if North Korea ever bombed the U.S., he hopes they aim for his city. Listen to the full rant below.

Dave was upset that the “young, white alcoholic” crowd heckled him during a show last week.

“His recent remarks were immature and inappropriate,” Segarra tells TMZ.COM, and that Dave “should stick to his job, give the fans what they paid for and not disparage the good people of Hartford.” Basically saying, “Dave, what did the five fingers say to the face?…SLAP!”
