This is a not so #beautiful situation for Miguel. According to TMZ.com, he was arrested for driving drunk in L.A. early this morning. He was pulled over around 2:15 AM for speeding and for having tinted windows. Well the popo smelled some sauce, had him perform the standard tests and take a breathalyzer, and a #majorfail was the result. He blew a .10 and .11 … which is over the .08 legal limit in California, was arrested for DUI and taken to the clink to be booked. A few hours later, Miguel posted a $5,000 bail and was released.
