Just as RiRi thought the dust had settled on her emotional interview with Oprah where she revealed that she not only still loves Chris Brown but she also still believes he’s the love of her life, Joan Rivers came out the wood works swinging. Yesterday, the 79 year old posted to her twitter:
“Rihanna confessed to Oprah Winfrey that she still loves Chris Brown. Idiot! Now it’s MY turn to slap her.”
And of course Rihanna responded,
“Wow u really do get slow when you’re old huh?
Slap on some diapers”
Which is kind of PG, considering the ratchet tweets that Ri has sent to folks that have criticized her in the past. She once tweeted Celebuzz, ‘your p-ssy is way too dry to be riding my d-ck like this’, and we all know how her tweef with Ciara went. There has to be a respect your elders clause in there somewhere..
Joan, of course, got the last word in by tweeting Rihanna:
“Honey, @Rihanna, everyone knows: If he hit you once, he’ll hit you again. Read the statistics. PS – Love to have you on Fashion Police!”
She tried it.
Meanwhile, it’ll be interesting to see if Rihanna will run back into Chris’ arms and if the two will run off in the sunset together one day in the future when they really stop caring what the press and their fans will think. There will be tons of backlash but it seems as though it’s bound to happen.
