According to Mediatakeout.com LAST MONTH that a MISSOURI woman was claiming that her GRANDSON was Lil Wayne’s BIOLOGICAL FIRST BORN son.

Well a LIL BIRDIE tells us that the test results are in. And in the case of the little dude, named Dwayne Carter, . . . . Lil Wayne . . . you ARE The father!!!!

No word yet on what this means CHILD SUPPORT wise. But there is an interesting twist here. Weezy already has a son named Dwayne Carter III (with that ASIAN girl). Up until the test, she thought that SHE had bore Weezy’s first born son.
