When J Cole’s “For Your Eyez Only” tour moved through California last month, the Dreamville general took a detour to pay a few inmates a visit. J Cole made arrangements with San Quentin State Prison to spend some time talking with residents of the prison that houses death row inmates. Knowing J Cole, this type of visit would never have been in the public eye if not for his manager Ibrahim Hamad recently spillin’ the beans about the visit, sharing pics of their experience on IG:
We got the opportunity to spend the day at San Quentin State Prison talking and meeting inmates who will never see the outside again. That experience was a life changing experience and wish I had the ability to put that in a caption but that wouldn’t be doing it justice.
