Ladies Of 'The Real' On 'Extra'

Following Tamar Braxton‘s abrupt exit from The Real, fans were left wondering whether the singer was on good or bad terms with her former co-hosts. Though the remaining hosts of the show have all wished Tamar well, it seems the “Love and War” singer is a little tired of them using her name for publicity.

In a Q&A with fans on Periscope, Tamara Mowry was asked if she and Tamar are still cool. The host and mother of 2 quickly replied that they’re still on great terms and she’s excited to see what’s next for her dear friend.

In a separate interview with Tom Joyner Morning Show, host Loni Love had a lot to say about the backlash she and the remaining hosts have received since Tamar’s departure.

“It’s been a hard summer on them,.Send some love because it’s been hard. It’s totally different for all of us because we were such a good unit. Nobody knew about [Tamar getting fired]. It was nobody’s fault. I want the fans to understand that. I think a lot of people are confused about what happened. I wanna make that known — we need to stop. Stop calling me names on the Internet… Since my ex-boyfriend I’ve never been called that many.. . I didn’t have anything to do with this… They’re calling me all kinds of names.”

Apparently, Tamar wasn’t too thrilled with these ladies using her name in their media rounds and decided to give her two cents on why she doesn’t consider them true friends:

Several celebrity names have been thrown in the ring, all rumored to replace Tamar. Though the drama surrounding The Real is still unfolding, Tamar is ready to put it all in her rearview and commit 100% to her music.
