Six Dallas police officers were shot Thursday night as a protest rally in downtown Dallas ended. The victims’ condition is currently unknown.

Authorities are asking everyone to avoid the area as FOX 4 reports one suspect down and possible second suspect is in a parking garage in downtown Dallas wearing a bulletproof vest and tactical gear.

SWAT officers are on scene and guns have been drawn near the building.

Hundreds of people gathered at Belo Garden Park in Dallas to march in order to show solitary for those affected by the police-involved shootings of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile. Protestors marched to the Old Red Courthouse near Main and Mark Streets. Gun shots rang out as the rally ended just before 9 p.m. according to NBC 5.

It is unclear whether any civilians have been shot.

DART public transportation service is suspended in downtown due to police activity.
