The ICE The Bully Book Tour is a FREE program that was developed to get young children in disadvantaged areas EXCITED about literacy.
We are raising money so that we continue to provide 3,600 children yearly, with a book from the ICE The Bully Book series, an educational or athletic toy and coloring book; of course at no charge to the youth or their family.
This weekly program was developed by the nonprofit Positive American Youth (Positive American Youth Website ) & radio personality Reec (Hot 107.9 ATL ).
