Benet Embry who lives in the McKinney, Texas neighborhood has come to the defense of the police telling CNN he believes that their actions were not racially motivated. According to Embry, their neighborhood omeowners Association rules only permit 2 visitors per guest but once the party reached social media the crowd became bigger. Fights took place and police were called.

“It was about 130 kids there. 100 good kids there just having a good time. Out of that 130 predominantly african-american, 7 knuckleheads ruined it for everybody”
