Nick Cannon is moving out of New York City to get an amazing new place that has plenty of space for Dem Babies.
The TV personality/media mogul has just signed a lease for a beautiful new home in Saddle River, New Jersey. Yep, Nick is renting the property, which comes with two acres of land. TMZ.com reports that Nick will be renting the place for about $11,000 a month for now, but he has the option to buy the place for $3 million later on if he so chooses.

Nick’s new place is about an hour outside of New York City because he wanted a home where his 3-year-old twins would be protected from the ever-watchful eye of the paparazzi.
It might take a while for Moroccan and Monore to get used to the place because their mom Mariah Carey will not be putting her touches on Nick’s home. Instead, Nick’s mom has been tasked with the honor of doing the interior decorating; of course, she’ll probably take Nick’s taste into consideration, so one should probably expect the Ncredible Entertainment logo to be plastered everywhere.
