Miguel had one too many drinks when he was pulled over and charged with DUI in Los Angeles last month. According to TMZ, he has officially been charged with two counts of drunk driving.
Miguel was initially pulled over for having dark, tinted windows on his BMW, but was asked to perform field sobriety tests after police suspected he had been drinking. Miguel took a breathalyzer and blew a .10, just over the California legal limit. He’s scheduled to go before a judge next week.
It ain’t worth it to drink and drive, and not having your whip right is an easy reason to get pulled over and caught!
