Tameka Raymond has filed emergency documents in court, insisting on custody of their two children following Monday’s pool incident which left their five-year-old son in a coma.
Raymond is asking for an emergency hearing this week on the basis that 34-year-old Usher is creating a dangerous environment for their sons, five-year-old Usher Raymond V and four-year-old Naviyd.
She claims the R n’B singer is abdicating his parental responsibilities and hiring other people to take care of the two boys, TMZ reports.
