Previously we reported, Miguel accidentally landed on a audience members (Khyati Shah) face during his performance at the Billboard Music Awards, now Shah is considering legal action.
Shah’s attorney Vip Bhola, stated in a interview she was in “shock and star struck” during her interview after the show. In that interview, Shah seemed to be fine and dandy but she claims her medical condition worsened days later.
Bhola tell E! News that a decision will be made after they receive results form the medical providers. Miguel’s legal team has yet to respond, but Shah is open to negotiating settlement.
