If there was any doubt that there is a genuine rivalry between the Miami Heat and the Boston Celtics, last night’s game should make it clear: These guys don’t like each other.

The Miami Heat extended their win streak to 23 against the Celtics with a 105 to 103 victory, but it was not easy. Without All-Star Kevin Garnett the Celtics got help from Jeff Green, who dropped a career high 43 points and the Heat were actually trailing in much of the game.

However, the defending champs scrapped back and earned their first regular season win in Beantown since  April of 2007. LeBron James hit the game-winning shot  but this dunk over Jason Terry sent the message that he was not here for play.
