Facebook has announced that they will be selling your photos to Companies and Advertisers, but you won’t be seeing any of that money! They are saying any photos taken after January 16th will be come Facebook’s and Instgram’s intelliectual property. And If you delete your account after Jan. 16th, your old photos can still be sold!

After a enormous backlash that came for not only the General Public, but also several celebrities who announced they would delete their INSTAGRAM accounts, Facebook announced that they would take the “offensive” wording out of the user policy that is supposed to go into effect on Jan. 16, 2013. And that YOUR pictures will not be sold to companies or advertisers.
