San Antonio Spurs guard Tony Parker(pictured) is pointing the finger of blame at the club owners of W.I.P. in New York City, where the infamous Chris Brown and Drake fight occurred. The melee caused Parker to sustain an eye injury, so he has filed a $20-million lawsuit against them, reports the New York Post.

The suit was filed in a Manhattan Supreme Court, and according to the document, Parker is holding the nightclub owners responsible for the “corneal laceration of the left eye and other injuries” he received at the now-shut down venue.

Parker’s eye injury, which according to his lawyer “certainly [doesn’t] improve [his] outside shot,” was just one of many suffered during the bottle-throwing, glass-flinging, ice-bucket-tossing, fists-flying brawl that allegedly got started when Drake reportedly said some unflattering things about his ex Rihanna to Brown, who also had a relationship with the pop star.
