Keith Brooking is being sue by Wells Fargo in Federal Court in Georgia for allegedly not paying back a close to $2 million loan.
Wells Fargo is allegeding that Brooking “realized he would not be able to meet his obligations” and secretly embarked on a “systematic effort to hinder, delay and defraud” the bank.
A rep for Brooking released a statement to TMZ
“There is absolutely no evidence whatsoever to support Wells Fargo’s allegations that Keith transferred any properties … to fraudulently conceal assets. These allegations are completely unfounded and Keith is and will continue to defend himself vigorously against these allegations.”
