The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine is urging football fans to consider the high stakes of certain Super Bowl snacks.

Dietitians analyzed party foods on the NFL’s Web site and picked five they call “amazingly unhealthy.”

Topping the list: Quiznos Tuna Melt, which weighs in with a whopping 1,793 calories.

Next is Papa John’s The Meats Pan Crust Pizza.  Just two slices contain 56 grams of fat.

Also making the list:  muffuletta potato skins with 68 mg of cholesterol and KFC’s Honey BBQ hot wings with 35 grams of fat.

You’d be wise to have plenty of beverages available to go along with an order of Papa John’s Cheesesticks with Garlic Dip; it packs a whopping 1,170 milligrams of sodium.
