Jared Leto Oscar's

Jared Leto, notorious for being selective in his roles, signed up to be the star in an upcoming movie “The Outsider.” The movie is about an American man locked away in a Japanese prison during World War II. He’s aided to escape by a fellow prisoner who happens to be a member of the Yakuza. Once Jared’s character is released, he spends time trying to repay the favor while navigating the criminal underworld. Shooting for the movie is expected to start this fall.

The Walking Dead is a cable phenomenon. Hollywood Reporter says the season finale had over 14 million viewers. That number was good for the second highest viewer total over the entire season, but somehow 1.5 million less than the Season 5’s finale. With over 14 million folks watching, that should give everyone a clue on how many people angrily threw remotes at their television.

Batman vs Superman has been much maligned on social media and apparently, equally maligned at the box office. A week after debuting at the Russian box office to the tune of $7.7 million, they managed to hold the number 1 slot with a paltry $1.1 million showing. That brings the gross number to a lowly $11.1 million. Ouch.
