Looks like Caitlyn is off the hook, cleared of any wrong-doing in that fatal car crash that left one person dead.
The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department submitted and almost 200-page report to the D.A. with detailed information about the incident concluding that Caitlyn was not speeding, attempted to break and her conduct was not unreasonable based on the facts.
The D.A. has rejected the case and
Jenner’s lawyer, Blair Berk, tells TMZ, ‘We believed from the start that a thorough and objective investigation would clear Caitlyn of any criminal wrongdoing. The District Attorney has agreed that even a misdemeanor charge would not be appropriate.”
