Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are finally officially single, and it looks like Marc won’t be paying any child support to his ex-wife. The couple finalized their divorce, according to several media reports.

The singers agreed to use their “best efforts” to avoid unwanted publicity when it comes to their 6-year-old twins Emme and Max, according to “TMZ.”

JLO gets primary custody and Marc gets the children 7 days a month. But, when Marc is hanging out with his twins, the nannies have to be present.

The singers also agreed that no child or spousal support was necessary.

The court documents detail how the exes are to split custody of the children on school vacations, birthdays and holidays including Halloween, Christmas and Thanksgiving.

The couple announced in July 2011 that they were calling it quits after seven years of marriage, saying in a joint statement at the time, “This was a very difficult decision. We have come to an amicable conclusion on all matters.”

It was the third marriage for Lopez, who was married to Ojani Noa from 1997 to 1998 and backup dancer Cris Judd from 2001 until 2003, and the second trip down the aisle for Anthony, who was married to former Miss Universe Dayanara Torres from 2000 until 2004.

Marc Anthony’s child support troubles

The fact that Marco Anthony won’t have to pay JLo child support might come as a relief,

This month a court ordered Marc Anthony to pay ex-wife Dayanara Torres $26,800 per month in child support, after a drawn out legal battle where the ex-beauty pageant queen wanted more money.

Torres was originally asking that the amount be raised from $13,400 a month to $123,426 but was denied her request.

She testified that Jennifer Lopez’s ex only saw his sons 35 days in 2013, which Anthony later disputed.

She also told the court that 10 years have passed since her divorce and her needs have changed.

In addition to her child support requests, Torres estimated that she needs between $4,000-$7,000 a month for a nanny and housekeeper.

A judge ruled that the singer must pay $26,800 a month in child support for his two sons, Christian Anthony Muñiz and Ryan Anthony Muñiz.
