Kelly Rowland is set to announce that she and manager Tim Witherspoon have made it official. In a pre-taped visit to the Queen Latifah show that airs tomorrow, Kelly tells Latifah how long this has been in the works and how her fiance popped the question, saying “He asked me first on Skype, and I was like, ‘We’re so far away from each other.’”
