Confusion about what happened outside Chris Brown’s hotel in DC over the weekend that got him arrested could actually work in CB’s favor.
The first draft of the police report taken that night had Chris’ bodyguard throwing the punch that broke a man’s nose, eventually sending him to the hospital.
This is important to Chris’ defense because they may be able to use this confusion to disprove what has been said after the initial report was revised that Chris’ fists were responsible for the broken rhino.
Either way not a good situation for Chris to be in especially while still on probation for the Rihanna beating case. This latest incident could be grounds for violation.
