2Pac will again be brought back to life, and not as a hologram. His long-awaited biopic aptly titled “Tupac” has gotten the green light and will begin filming next February in Atlanta. 2Pac’s mom, Afeni Shakur, will also be involved in the film as a producer.
No word on who will play the legend. Word is Morgan Creek Productions, the company producing the film, is still looking for someone to fill that role. A director for the project also has yet to be named.
Whoever gets the role, we’re just glad the hangups and obstacles delaying the project have finally been worked out, and we will finally see story of the great Tupac Shakur played out on the big screen.
