Terrence Howard‘s publicist is going to be very busy doing damage control this week. Fresh off his colorful remarks about Oprah Winfrey’s bosom, the “Dead Man Down” star kept the party going when he spoke with Hollywood.com.

About his role as Col. James Rhodes in the first “Iron Man” movie, Terrence said, “The worst thing I witnessed was Iron Man killing my career…. or trying to. They tried to.”

It’s understandable why Terrence would be salty with the “Iron Man” franchise.  The Oscar nominated actor was the first to sign on to the project and commanded the heftiest paycheck.  Unfortunately, by the time Marvel Studios decided on a sequel, the decision was made to downsize Terrence’s role and his paycheck.  When Terrence refused the pay cut, they replaced him with Don Cheadle

While his big screen presence has been sporadic the last few years, he’s got the upcoming crime thriller “Dead Man Down” and the historical drama “The Butler,”  which opens later this year.
