What the What??? a lady who in Pennsylvania can face a fine for up to $600 for doing exactly what the title says feeding hungry children. She takes time out of her day to run a non-profit lunch program for neighborhood children and the city is fining her for zoning laws. Check out the video above, you would think out of the negative things going on in the world today somebody would be awarded for something like that.
