According to WFAA:

Club LIV is one of the most popular nightclubs in Miami Beach, where the rich and famous go to party.

And that’s where Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant was hanging out on Sunday night. He tweeted he was at the club earlier in the evening.

News 8 spoke with Dez Bryant’s mentor, David Wells, who confirmed that Bryant got involved in a verbal altercation with some members of a famous rapper’s entourage and had to be detained by police.

Bryant was not arrested, Wells said, adding that he has spoken to Bryant about the incident.

In March, News 8 first reported about a disturbance involving Bryant at NorthPark Center in Dallas involving saggy pants. He got a criminal trespass warning and was banned from the mall for a short time.

Dallas police said Bryant also refused to move his car which had been parked in a fire lane.

Later that month, two jewelers sued Bryant because they said he owed them $800,000 for expensive merchandise.

Sources said the Dallas Cowboys have talked to Bryant about his off-the-field conduct. ESPN recently reported that team owner Jerry Jones has taken over Bryant’s finances.

The Cowboys would not comment on Bryant’s latest incident in Miami. But those close to the player say they are concerned the young wide receiver will continue to get in trouble.
