A three-year-old boy is recovering after a hit-and-run accident in Grand Prairie early Saturday morning.
Hiram Cobos said he and his family were coming home when they began to have car trouble. They pulled over along Highway 360 near Post and Paddock Road.
Cobos’ wife Connie started to walk toward the frontage road with their children, three-year-old Hiram Jr. and seven-year-old Skyla. Cobos said a pick-up truck struck his little boy.
