Katt Williams was recently hit with a $3 million lawsuit by another comic named Ashima Franklin who claimed attacked and kidnapped her. But not so fast, according to TMZ, Katt is saying that he gave Miss Franklin a small amount of cash to settle the situation. In fact, Williams says that Ashima even signed a settlement agreement form. Her lawyer filed the lawsuit against Katt Williams, but he dismissed it once he became aware of the settlement. Sounds like some serious lawyer-client miscommunication.
