According to WFAA:
A man was arrested Saturday afternoon for pulling a gun on another man during a dispute over a parking spot at NorthPark Center.
Marcus Derricks, 29, was arrested for aggravated assault by Dallas police after a woman called 911 when Derricks allegedly pointed a gun at her husband, according to Dallas police spokesperson Sherri Jeffrey.
