Gucci Mane could have faced up to 10 years behind bars in his firearm possession case, but he just agreed to a plea deal that will have him incarcerated until late 2016 according to TMZ. The deal has him serving 39 months, with 10 months credit for time served.
Gucci’s been locked up since September after cops in Atlanta found a loaded handgun and drugs on him. He will officially be sentenced in July and his release date as of now will be in December 2016. He’s also ordered to pay roughly $250k in fines.
