What ARE “soul ties,” anyway? No matter — Evelyn Lozada recently gave an interview where she said she had to cut them from Chad Ochocinco.
Necole Bitchie has the scoop: after linking up with “life coach” Tony Gaskins Jr. (I know, I know…eye roll), Evelyn realized that she had to cut the “soul ties” from her toxic ex. “Tony was talking to me about soul ties, and I felt like I needed to cut that cord [with Johnson]. I wanted to do things differently, to start over. I’m still going to be Evelyn, but I have a different vision of my life,” she said.
