Caregiver Coach PAT Bailey, affectionately known as Ms. Pat, is a devoted, compassionate professional with a diverse skill set, a deep spiritual commitment, and a passion for enhancing the lives of others.

At 70 years young, Ms. Pat’s journey is a testament to the power of faith and the impact of caregiving. Formally, the vice president of marketing for hair care giant, Pro-Line Corporation, her journey as an ordained minister, caregiver coach, certified belief therapist, dementia care practitioner and entrepreneurship, reflects her profound commitment to making a positive difference. As a caregiver for a dad at 21, her mom at 45 and now hundreds of individuals, in Caregiver Coach PAT we find a kindhearted soul dedicated to providing comfort, support, and healing to those in need.

Featured in the news; Cheryl Magazine, Black News Channel, Rolling Out Magazine, Today’s Purpose Woman, Sybil Wilkes What You Need to Know, Café Mocha Radio and locally, WFAA (ABC), NBC5, and Majic 94.5, her story is also illuminated from the lives of those served across corporations, ministries, and individuals.

Committed to caregiving, Alzheimer’s and aging, Ms. Pat operates two corporations. PBailey Enterprises is the marketing, advertising and outreach agency for the $150 million dollar NIA grant funded, Health and Aging Brain Study – Health Disparities Alzheimer’s study at The University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth. Finding New Tomorrows is her caregiver non-profit that provides respite care resources, caregiver coaching and guidance – helping families learn how to age well together from cradle to grace.

3. LaDondra Wilson

LaDondra Wilson serves as the Dallas Wing’s Vice President of Social Responsibility and the Founding Executive Director of the Dallas Wings Community Foundation. LaDondra leads the organization’scommunity engagement efforts, advises leadership on the diversity,equity, and inclusion initiatives, and leads thesocial justicecommittee. A proud graduate of Leadership Southlake, and the inauguralclass of Emerging Leaders in Philanthropy, LaDondra is a proponent of professional development and servant leadership. After graduating from Texas State University, LaDondra worked as a Master level social worker,emphasizing Advanced Administrative Leadership for non-profit organizations. LaDondra’s work has focused on addressing macro social problems and leadership development, non-profit management, program development, and evaluation. Ms. Wilson has been named the 2013 Tarrant County Case Manager of the Year. She obtained a certificatein Nonprofit Management from the Center of Nonprofit Management (CNM), an Executive Sports Philanthropy Certificate from George Washington University, and a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University. A proud native of South Oak Cliff in Dallas, TX,currently LaDondra serves as on the Engage Dallas , Educate Dallas, Parkland Health Foundation, and Rainbow Days Board of Directors. LaDondra serves on the UNT Sport Entertainment Management Advisory Board, Texas A&M-Commerce Sport & Recreation Management Board, Women in Sports and Events, and the Black Sports Professionals of North Texas Board of Directors, and an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. LaDondra was named a 2019 Millennial to Watch as a Community Server, a 2020 Community First Award recipient from the Parkland Health Foundation, the 2021 Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. Graduate Good Citizen Award, and a 2021 Dallas Business Journal 40 Under 40 award recipient. In 2023, LaDondra was named a Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce 40 under 40 recipient. Also in 2023, she was awarded a Women in Sports and Events 2023 Woman of Inspiration honoree. As a community agent for over a decade, LaDondra is an advocate for equity, access, and advancement for marginalized communities. LaDondra R. 4. Deonna McGary

Bio: Deonna McGary, MBA is a Dallas native by the way of DeSoto, Texas. She has over 15 years of extensive experience in freelance and corporate marketing, event planning, and communications where she has spent the majority of her career helping black-owned businesses nationwide grow their businesses and brands. As part of her life’s mission to empower black communities, Deonna founded a black empowerment event hosted in partnership with professional basketball teams to include the Dallas Mavericks, San Antonio Spurs, Phoenix Suns, and recently added the Miami Heat and Atlanta Hawks. The event serves as a fundraiser to provide small business grants to black businesses and organizations while also creating an inclusive space to advance black minds and celebrate the richness of Black culture. She is currently preparing for Black Excellence Night 20235. In addition to building her Black Excellence legacy, she is a devoted fiance’ and mother of two boys!

5. JazzeRadioChica

Jazze is currently the Community Affairs Director and an On-Air personality at Radio One – Dallas! You can tune into her show every Saturday from 9am-12pm. Outside of ‘She Represents’ (a segment highlighting women in the DFW), the Community Calendar program which airs on both 97.9 The Beat and Majic 94.5 every Sunday allows Jazze to interview various community leaders regarding informative topics including education, health, domestic violence, arts and community events. Jazze is a social media influencer with over 100k Instagram followers, a contributor on NBC5’s the “Run Down,” a 2021 National Association of Broadcasting Crystal Award winner, Ma’at Award Honoree, 2023 Dallas Weekly Best Radio Personality nominee and has been featured in various magazines and commercials for her support of community events. Currently, Jazze serves on the Board of Young Leadership Professionals for the Dallas United Negro College Fund and serves as the Community Chair for the Dallas Fort Worth Association of Black Journalists.
