Lil Wayne fans around the world were most likely hitting the refresh button on their respective computers and smart devices looking for evidence that the long-rumored Tha Carter V album was finally unleashed to the masses. Once again, the promise of the record being released was broken and fans are upset.

Back on Sept. 12, images of Tha Carter V‘s album were released online, giving some hope that Weezy F. Baby was going to feed the streets with the highly-anticipated release. Well, midnight came and went without as much of a peep from the Young Money camp about the record.
