The event is free and open to the public. Representatives from more than 20 colleges, universities and organizations within the state and from across the country will be on hand to meet with local high school students and their parents to share information and resources about their respective organizations.
The event will include workshops for parents and students. There will be information on the application process, education tax breaks, college savings funds, and applying for scholarships. There will be a dedicated panel for students to discuss common questions and expectations as they navigate college life. All seniors will be entered into a drawing for a book scholarship paid directly to the school.
